After receiving your returns note number from a member of our customer service department, please make your purchase and follow the instructions below to return your unit to be updated.

Please enclose the following information:
(a) Your name, address and confirmation of the service you require.
(b) A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours.
(c) Your unit’s serial number.
(d) A copy of your receipt which will be sent to you by email after you have made your on-line payment.
(e) Your RTM returns number issued by a member of our customer service team.
