New Aguri Sat Nav ‘quick Search’ Feature Launched

Aguri Quick search has been developed to make it quicker and easier to search and calculate routes to any address or POI (Point of interest).

How to use ‘Quick search’ to find an address.

1. Update the navigation software to version 1.2.140 and then update the mapping to version AFD.106
2. Launch Navigation and you will see the new ‘Quick search’ magnifying glass button is now displayed on the map screen.
3. Tap the ‘Quick search’ button and start to type in the name of the place you want to route to. You can type in the road name, town, city or postcode in almost any order you choose and the location you are searching for should start to appear in the list below.
4. Tap on the location you want to visit when it appears in the list and select ‘Navigate to’ to proceed.

How to use Quick search to find a POI.

1. Update the navigation software to version 1.2.140 and then update the mapping to version AFD.106
2. Launch Navigation and you will see the new ‘Quick search’ magnifying glass button is now displayed on the map screen.
3. Tap the ‘Quick search’ button and start to type in the name of the POI you want to route to. The category you are looking for will start to appear in the list below as you type. When you see the POI category required, tap on it and locations will appear in distance order starting with the one nearest to you.
4. Tap on the location you want to visit when it appears in the list and select ‘Navigate to’ to proceed.

*Unfortunately Quick search is not compatible with AGR430, AGR500, AGR520 or AGR700 series sat nav systems.
